Stirling Castle Photographic Exhibition

I was delighted to be contacted by Historic Scotland informing me I was one of their winners in the Scotsman/Historic Scotland photographic competition. We were invited to the opening of the exhibition at Stirling Castle on the 12th of December, but unfortunately we could not attend the event at short notice. We did, however visit Stirling Castle today to see my winning image and the other entrants on display.
My image is in Historic Scotland’s 2013 Calendar.

I entered Kodaks “your favourite location” competition with my Loch Leven Sunset image and won a Kodak Hero 7.1 printer. The judge had this to say about my image “”The simplicity of the photo just makes this look such a serene and peaceful place to be. Whenever I get stressed in the office, I will dig this photo back out!”
